Form your best version of yourself with Sami Clarke—certified health, wellness, and fitness trainer committed to helping you feel strong, confident, and deeply connected to your body. After starting her career in modeling, Sami transitioned into training, earning certifications in Mat Pilates, ISSA Fitness, and Somatic Healing, and building a global community through her energizing in-person sessions and YouTube workouts.

After discovering the power of 30-minute workouts, Sami set out to empower busy women with the tools, support, and motivation to unlock their confidence and feel their best. With a holistic approach to wellness, her mission is to help you feel safe in your body and rooted in your power—every single day.

Sami Bernstein Spalter is not only a co-founder of FORM—she’s the brand’s biggest believer. As someone who’s transformed her life through FORM’s method, Sami knows firsthand the impact of showing up, staying consistent, and embracing wellness as a daily act of self-respect.

After losing 80 pounds and gaining a deeper connection to herself, Sami became a passionate advocate for FORM’s mission. Whether she’s following the weekly schedule, tuning into mindfulness, or leading the brand forward—she’s proof that when you move with intention, everything else starts to align.
