Four weeks of postnatal gym-based strength training, designed to build progressively and meet you wherever you are in your recovery. Guided gentle flow follow along workouts that are C-section friendly woven throughout. At-home options when the gym isn't happening. A handful of new postnatal recipes to support your body through it all.
