Do I need Pilates experience to start?
Not at all. The Pilates Basics 7-Day Program is designed specifically for beginners and walks you through the foundations of Pilates from the ground up. You can start there and progress into more advanced programs at your own pace.
What equipment do I need?
Most FORM Pilates classes are mat-based and require no equipment. Some classes may use light props like resistance bands or a small ball, but nothing you wouldn't easily have at home.
What is Pilates x Strength?
Pilates x Strength is FORM's hybrid offering that pairs the precision and core focus of Pilates with strength training. It's designed for members who want to build lean muscle and real strength while keeping the mindful, controlled benefits of a Pilates practice.
How often should I do Pilates?
The FORM Pilates weekly schedule is updated every week and designed to be done consistently, however many days work for you. Even 3 sessions a week will deliver results you can feel, including better posture, stronger core, improved mobility.
Can I access Pilates and strength workouts on the same membership?
Yes. A FORM membership gives you access to everything in the studio, including Pilates, Pilates x Strength, strength programs, and more. You're not locked into one offering.
Which trainer should I start with?
