Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager
Location: New York or Los Angeles preferred or Remote
Reports to: VP of Marketing
Salary Range: $80K
Role Overview
The Influencer Manager will own FORM's influencer strategy from top to bottom, managing affiliate programs, gifting, and performance tracking. This role sits at the intersection of culture, community, and commerce. You'll be the connective tissue between FORM and the creators who bring our brand to life, and you'll be responsible for making sure every touchpoint is intentional, on-brand, and measurable.
This is the right role for someone who lives and breathes the influencer space, has existing relationships in the wellness and lifestyle world, and knows how to turn organic brand love into a structured, scalable program.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Program Management
- Own and manage FORM's affiliate programs on ShopMy and LTK, including storefront setup, optimization, and ongoing performance management for both FORM and ShopFORM
- Monitor affiliate sales, commission structures, and payout accuracy
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners aligned with FORM's brand values and target audience
- Regularly audit storefronts to ensure content is current, on-brand, and driving conversion
Influencer Relations and Partnership Development
- Maintain and grow a roster of A-list and mid-tier influencer relationships across fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and fashion verticals
- Identify and vet organic influencer partnership opportunities, with a focus on authentic brand alignment over vanity metrics
- Execute proactive outreach and nurture ongoing relationships to keep FORM top of mind with key creators
Gifting, Seeding, and PR Mailers
- Own all product gifting and seeding strategies for both organic and campaign-driven initiatives
- Manage PR mailers end to end: curation, fulfillment, shipping, and follow-up
- Coordinate with the product and creative teams to ensure gifting is timely, well-packaged, and aligned with launch moments
Events and Experiential
- Support influencer activations and brand events, working closely with the PR team to manage invites, gifting, on-site experience, and relationship management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for influencer guests at FORM-hosted events
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Track influencer/affiliate content performance, code redemptions, engagement rates, reach, and conversion attribution across all active partnerships
- Build and maintain regular reporting cadence to share data-driven insights with the VP of Marketing and broader team
- Use performance data to inform partner prioritization, budget allocation, and future campaign strategy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner cross-functionally to amplify influencer content and identify UGC for organic and paid use
- Work with creative to develop influencer briefs that are clear, on-brand, and give creators enough room to be authentic
Who You Are
- 3 to 5 years of experience in influencer affiliate marketing, ideally within wellness, lifestyle, or fashion
- Deep familiarity with ShopMy, LTK, & AWIN, including storefront management and affiliate performance tracking
- Existing relationships with influencers and talent agents in the wellness or lifestyle space is a strong plus
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Data-literate: you know how to pull, interpret, and act on performance metrics
- A relationship-first mindset: you understand that the best influencer partnerships are built on trust, not transactions
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can operate with autonomy

Graphic Design Intern
Location: Los Angeles or Remote
Reports To: Brand Marketing Director
Compensation: Unpaid or School Credit
Duration: Summer (Full-Time)
Role Overview
The Graphic Design Intern will work to support visual asset production across the FORM ecosystem. From social graphics and email headers to campaign collateral and activewear ecommerce assets, you will be in the work every day, helping bring our brand to life across every touchpoint.
This is the right role for someone with a strong aesthetic eye, a portfolio that shows range, and the drive to produce polished, on-brand work at a fast pace. You will get real exposure to how a consumer brand operates, how a creative team functions, and what it takes to build and maintain a consistent visual identity at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Social & Digital Content
- Design on-brand graphics for Instagram, TikTok, and email, including feed posts, Stories, Reels covers, and campaign visuals for both @form and @shopform
- Support the Social Media Manager with template-based and custom assets tied to the monthly campaign calendar
- Resize and reformat assets across multiple placements and specs with accuracy and speed
Campaign & Launch Support
- Assist the creative team in building out visual assets for monthly campaign launches, including promotional graphics, digital ads, and launch-day content
- Help maintain visual consistency across all campaign touchpoints, ensuring every asset reflects the seasonal brand world and overall FORM aesthetic
- Support the design of event and pop-up materials as needed, including digital and print collateral
SHOPFORM & Ecommerce Design
- Create and adapt digital assets for FORM, including product launch graphics, promotional banners, and Shopify-ready visuals
- Support the design of paid ad creative for Meta, TikTok, and Google in collaboration with the Growth Marketing team
Email & Lifecycle Visual Assets
- Build email headers, banners, and in-body graphics for Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows in partnership with the Lifecycle Manager
- Ensure all email visuals are optimized for both desktop and mobile rendering
Brand Consistency & Asset Management
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date library of design assets, templates, and brand files
- Support the broader team in ensuring visual consistency across all owned channels
- Flag brand inconsistencies proactively and bring solutions, not just problems
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; Canva proficiency is a plus
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates range across digital formats, with social, email, or brand work being particularly relevant
- A genuine eye for lifestyle and wellness aesthetics. You understand what feels on-brand for a community-first, women-founded brand
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple asset requests simultaneously without losing quality
- Receptive to feedback and able to iterate quickly. You do not take redlines personally because you understand great creative is a team sport
- Self-motivated and proactive. You will not wait to be told what to do next

- Campaign and launch moments supported with visually cohesive creative across every channel
- A growing command of FORM's brand identity, visual language, and design system by mid-internship
