Graphic Designer

Location: Los Angeles or Remote

Reports To: Brand Marketing Director

Compensation: $75-85k

Duration: Full-Time

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will work directly with our Brand Marketing Director and Creative Director to lead visual asset production across the FORM ecosystem. From social graphics and email campaigns to paid ad creative, merch design, and SHOPFORM ecommerce assets, you will own the visual output across every touchpoint. This is the right role for someone with a strong aesthetic eye, a portfolio that shows range across digital and product contexts, and the ability to produce polished, on-brand work at a fast pace while managing your own workload.

Key Responsibilities

Social & Digital Content

  • Design on-brand graphics for Instagram, TikTok, and email, including feed posts, Stories, Reels covers, and campaign visuals for both @form and @shopform
  • Partner with the Social Media Manager on template-based and custom assets tied to the monthly campaign calendar
  • Resize and reformat assets across multiple placements and specs with accuracy and speed

Campaign & Launch Support

  • Lead visual asset production for monthly campaign launches, including promotional graphics, digital ads, and launch-day content
  • Maintain visual consistency across all campaign touchpoints, ensuring every asset reflects the seasonal brand world and overall FORM aesthetic
  • Design event and pop-up materials as needed, including digital and print collateral

Paid Ad Creative

  • Own the design of paid ad creative across Meta, TikTok, and Google in close collaboration with the Growth Marketing team
  • Develop static and motion-ready ad concepts that balance performance intent with brand integrity
  • Iterate on creative based on performance data, adapting formats, messaging hierarchies, and visual treatments to improve results

Email & Lifecycle Visual Assets

  • Design email headers, banners, and in-body graphics for Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows in partnership with the Lifecycle Manager
  • Ensure all email visuals are optimized for both desktop and mobile rendering
  • Build modular email templates that can be efficiently adapted across campaign types and seasonal moments

FORM Active & Ecommerce Design

  • Create and adapt digital assets for FORM Active, including product launch graphics, promotional banners, and Shopify-ready visuals
  • Retouch product and lifestyle imagery to ensure all ecommerce and campaign photography meets FORM's visual standards
  • Maintain consistency across the digital storefront from product pages to email-to-site handoffs

Merch & Print Design

  • Design graphics for branded merchandise including artwork,  prints, logo development, and packaging that ladders up to the FORM brand world
  • Work within production specs and vendor requirements to deliver print-ready files with accuracy
  • Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Director and Creative Director on graphics tied to product launches, seasonal moments, and community activations

Brand Consistency & Asset Management

  • Own and maintain an organized, up-to-date library of design assets, templates, and brand files
  • Ensure visual consistency across all owned channels and flag brand inconsistencies proactively with solutions, not just problems

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of graphic design experience in a brand, agency, or in-house creative environment; lifestyle, wellness, or ecommerce experience is a strong plus
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; Canva proficiency is a plus
  • Experienced in Photoshop retouching, including product and lifestyle imagery, with a clean and precise eye for light, color correction, and skin tone
  • A portfolio that demonstrates range across digital formats, with paid ad creative, social, email, or ecommerce work being particularly relevant
  • Hands-on experience designing paid ad creative for Meta, TikTok, or Google, with an understanding of how format and visual hierarchy affect performance
  • Comfortable working in Klaviyo or a similar ESP to build and adapt email visuals that render well across devices
  • Experience designing branded merch or print-ready files, with an understanding of production specs and vendor requirements
  • A genuine eye for lifestyle and wellness aesthetics. You understand what feels on-brand for a community-first, women-founded brand
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple asset requests and workstreams simultaneously without losing quality
  • Receptive to feedback and able to iterate quickly. You do not take redlines personally because you understand great creative is a team sport
  • Self-motivated and proactive. You will not wait to be told what to do next

  • Campaign and launch moments supported with visually cohesive creative across every channel, from paid ads to email to organic social
  • Paid ad creative that is visually strong and built with performance in mind, iterated based on what the data tells us
  • A deep command of FORM's brand identity, visual language, and design system that shows up in every asset you touch
  • Graphics for product and print deliverables that are production-ready, on-brand, and land with the community
  • A creative partnership with both the Brand Marketing Director and Creative Director that makes the whole team's output stronger
