Do you offer a free trial if I want to try the classes?
Absolutely! If you are new to FORM, you can create an account to receive FREE unlimited access to our workouts, recipes, and mindfulness practices for 7 days. After your free trial, your billing cycle will begin unless canceled. During the trial, a $1 hold will be placed on your account. This will drop off your account as soon as your trial ends.
How can I access the workouts?
You can access the Prenatal Gym Program with a FORM membership on any browser, with our iOS and Android apps, as well as our TV app.
Do I need equipment?
Nope! Many workouts require zero equipment. For others, simple items like light weights or resistance bands are optional but not required to start. Our gym workouts do require access to equipment normally found in a gym.
Who is this program for?
This program is for intermediate/advanced mamas that have access to gym equipment and were strength training prior to getting pregnant & want to continue in a safe, supported way.
if you a true beginner, we suggest our at-home Prenatal Program with Calyn Brooke. Her program has follow-along, dumbbell only workouts that follow the path of your pregnancy journey.
