One video submission per member will be counted as your entry, but you can absolutely submit multiple videos to capture your passion for FORM! You can get additional entries by referring your friends to FORM.

Referrals are all associated with your FORM email, which is the same email noted in your video submission, so everything is connected and tracked together! You will also receive an email each time one of your friends uses your referral link.
