Each class blends ballet-inspired movement with a modern edge, delivering low-impact workouts that create a deep, full-body burn. Expect a mix of standing sequences at the chair and controlled mat work, designed to build strength, balance, and control through small, intentional movements.
Equipment: 2-5lbs weights, pilates ball, chair or barre, band, ankle weights.
